Das ist eine ausgedehnte MTB-Trainingsrunde mit abwechslungsreichen Landschaften.
Der Waldreiche Mühlenbusch, Kloster Knechtsteden und Stommelner Busch bieten schattige Waldwege und kleine Trailpassagen. Es folgen Feldwege und Landwirtschaftliche Wege, eine Golfplatz und es wird leicht hügelig. Mit Blick auf diverse RWE Stromverteiler und Kraftwerke geht es über Feld und Schotterwege weiter unserem Hausberg Vollrather Höhe entgegen. Einmal sportlich hoch und runter und an der Erft entlang quer über den Grevenbroicher Marktplatz( Einkehrmöglichkeiten), Stadtpark und wieder der Erft folgend richtung Kloster Langwaden...
