Die kleine Feierabendtour beginnt und endet in Rothhelmshausen bei Fritzlar und geht zu 95% durch den Wald südlich RHH. Technisch nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, kommt denoch das eine oder andere kurze Trailstück vor. Die Anstiege sind kurz und knackig, so wie für diese Gegend üblich. Die Abfahrten kann man, bei entsprechender Grundgeschwindikeit, durchaus anspruchsvoll gestalten. Alles in allem eine "fahrenswerte" Tour für zwischenduch.
