Von St. Ulrich (Höhe: 1238 m) ging es mit der Standseilbahn "Raschötz" auf die Bergstation (Höhe: 2107 m).
Von dort aus wanderten wir über die Raschötz-Hütte zur Heilig-Kreuz-Kapelle und zum Ausserraschötz (Höhe: 2281 m).
Auf der Ausserraschötzer Alpe führte der Weg über die Flitzer-Scharte auf die Innerraschötzer Alpe zur Brogles-Alm (Höhe: 2045 m).
Nach einer Stärkung ging es von der Hütte aus über die Pana-Scharte zum Seceda hinauf (Höhe: 2518 m).
Der Abstieg erfolgte über die Hütte Daniel zur Mittelstation Furnes (Höhe: 1730 m) der Kabinenbahn von St. Ulrich - Furnes - Seceda.
Würden wir die Tour wieder machen, dann würden wir gleich mit der Kabine vom Seceda aus runter nach St. Ulrich fahren.
