Kleine Runde für ein Intervalltraining: Erst zum Waseberg und dann mehrmals hochfahren. Man kann nach dem Waseberg wieder zur Busplatz fahren und dann erneut die Abfahrt und den Waseberg fahren.
Die Strecke ist ausschliesslich auf Asphalt. Ein Stück ist allerdings nicht im besten Zustand, geht aber noch.
