Die Strecke führt von Fußenberg aus am Bach entland (Spitzname 13 Linden) ins Gambachtal. Von hier aus geht es dann Bergauf Richtung
Schneckenreuth um dann über eine felsige Abfahrt wieder ins Gambachtal zu gelangen. Auf der Straße geht es dann hoch Richtung Kürn wo
man über den Sportplatz eine kleine Schleife dreht um anschliessend über Seubersdorf hinunter zum Fahrradweg (Regensburg-Falkenstein)
zu gelangen.
Diese führt uns dann locker wieder zurück nach Wenzenbach und Fußenberg
