grundlagen trainingsrunde im hamburger norden auf kleinen teerwegen. los gehts in lemsahl über duvenstedt durchs wittmoor und weiter durch den tangstedter forst. dann richtung tangstedt und dort am friedhof vorbei richtung fahrenhorst. weiter bis kayhude und über das gut stegen nach bargfeld. dort richtung gräberkate und weiter richtung elmenhorst. dann richtung jersbek und weiter bei wilhelm vorbei durch den duvenstedter brook und duvenstedt zurück!
