Los gehts auf Forstweg bis der Aufstieg geschafft ist. Danach gehts fast ausschliesslich auf Trails und Waldwegen immer auf der bestens gekennzeivhneten Birkenhainer bis kurz vor die Bayerische Schanz. Dann weiter auf Trails bis zur langen Abfahrt auf Schotterpiste kurz danach auf Teer bis navh Burgsinn. Über den Sinntalradweg bis nach Schaippach und zurück auf Straße zum Ausgangspunkt.
