Von Zeil am Main Richtung Schweinfurt auf dem Maintalradweg bis nach Obertheres. Über dem Main nach Hohrhausen. Über die Dörfer, Dampfach nach Donnersdorf an die Steigerwaldausläufer. Zurück auf einen schönen Radweg vorbei an Oberschwappach und Westheim nach Sand, bis Zeil.
Die Tour führt über ruhige Nebenstrassen Ca. 60 % sind schön ausgebaute Radwege.
