Von Niiedersonthofen steil hinauf über Diepolz nach Missen. Durch schönes Bachtal weiter nach Sipratshofen. Wellig mit einzelnen Stichen über Ebratshofen und Stifenhofen nach Oberstaufen. Dort gibt es viele Möglichkeiten für eine kurze Pause. Das Konstanzer Tal entlang - kurz Bundesstraße, danach den Radweg - lanschaftlich sehr schön entlang am Großen Alpsee. In Bühl am Alpsee links nicht zu steil hinauf Richtung Missen. Oben dann rechts nach Knottenried, von dort weiter nach Diepholz und flott hinunter nach Niedersonthofen.
