Es ist ein Rundkurs. Fahrtrichtung gegen Uhrzeiger. Die Steigungen sind zwischen Bad Salzuflen und Vlotho. Von der Werremündung bis Löhne wunderschöner Radweg. Fast kreuzungsfrei durch HErford, wenn ihr euch an den Track haltet.
