Tour 7, Rundweg um die Schanze, dem Berg nordöstlich von Bad Gandersheim. Abwechslungsreiche Wanderung, erst durch den Kurpark und häufig auf sonnigen Waldrandwegen, dann hinauf zum Heber und über Wolperode zurück nach Bad Gandersheim.
Mehrere Einkehrmöglichkeiten, u.a. ein Hofcafé in Wolperode und das Rosencafé im Kloster Brunshausen.
