Zuerst geht es über den Höhenweg 1 durch den Wald nach Altdorf. Über die Flutmulde zur Isar und dann weiter der Isar entlang Richtung Volkmannsdorferau. Dann geht es hügelig durchs oberbayerische Voralpenland . Am Ende musste ich leider flux heim und bin die letzten 8 km Straße gefahren.
