Wir starten die Tour in Traunstein in der Nähe des Schwimmbads und radeln gemütlich entlang der Traun bis Siegsdorf. Kurz vor dem Schwimmbad überqueren wir die Traun und radeln unter der Autobahn hindurch auf dem alten Soleleitungsweg über Hammer Richtung Inzell. Kurz hinter Wagenau biegen wir links ab und jetzt geht es auf Forststrassen bergauf zur Bäckeralm (gute Einkehr). Danach noch ein kurzes Stück bergauf und schon radeln wir wieder hinab nach Adlgass. Wir umrunden noch den Frillensee, radeln dann nach Inzell und übers Inzellermoos gehts wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
