Unsere Fahrradtour beginnt rechts des Rheins unterhalb der Rodenkirchener Rheinbrücke und führt uns u.a. über das Gremberger Wäldchen, den Vingster Berg, die Merheimer Heide vorbei an preußischen Forts bis zum Stammheimer Schlosspark; das Schloss gibt es nicht mehr aber dafür viele Kunstskupturen.
