Von Bad Zwesten geht es über den Camping Platz hinauf zur Altenburg. Auf einem schönen Trail zunächst bis Römersberg und dann über einen weiteren Trail hinunter ins Schwalmtal nach Niederurff. Dann über den Kellerwaldsteig die 500 hm hinauf zum Kellerwaldturm. Am Kellerwaldturm die direkte und steile Abfahrt Richtung Jesberg. Vorsicht bei nassem Wetter. Am zweiten Querweg links und dann übber Forstwege zum Lulluspfad. Diesen Trail (im Sommer manchmal stark zugewachsen) nach Bergfreiheit und von dort über Forstwege nach Bad Zwesten.
Insgesamt 2 harte Anstiege und jede Menge schöne trails Bergrunter!

Bad Zwesten erreicht man von Norden und Süden über die B3. Gute Parkmöglichkeit am REWE Markt (Chaumont Allee) gut von der Bundestraße B3 sichtbar
