Es get wie immer von Eilpe aus richtung Stadtzentrum, dann über den Stadtgarten zum Bismarkturm. Weiter hoch auf den Berg an dem Fernsehturm vorbei Richtung Kaiser-Friedrich-Turm, dort ne knackige Abfahrt in Richtung Kettelbach, den Berg leich hinauf, dann runter Richtung Selbecke. Rechts am Freilichtmuseum vorbei, hinauf auf den Eilper Berg. Dann den kleinen Pfad hinunter über den Eilperpark bis nach Eilpe.
