Schöne MTB Tour im Teno Gebirge, 2012 gefahren. Hier nochmal der Hinweis, dass der Camino las Barreras im Bereich der Cumbres de Bolico (ca. km 3,3 bis km 8,6) für MTBiker gesperrt ist , was wir nicht wussten. Es drohen laut lokal kundigem MTB Verleiher bei Erwischt werden empfindliche Strafen und u.U. sogar Beschlagnahmung des Bikes. Um den Gipfel herum sind die Trails ohnehin reichlich mühsam (wir mussten mitunter schieben). Wenn ich die Tour nochmal fahren würde, würde ich deshalb die Cumbres umgehen und auf der Straße über Santiago del Teide nach Masca fahren, so gelangt man ebenfalls zum Mirador de la Cruz de Hilda (km 8,6) und kommt darüber hinaus in den Genuß einer mit 600 hm verheißungsvoll klingenden Abfahrt in die Maca Schlucht.
