- Start/Ziel: Fondo(Nonstal)-Lago Smeraldo MH 966
- Auf dem Radweg nach Cavareno KM 5,03 MH 983. Ab 7 Uhr hat die Bäckerei "Borzaga" geöffnet.
- Auf Forstweg/Steig/Asfalt über Rufre`zum Mendelpass KM 14,4 MH 1.347.
- Weiter auf Asfalt mittelsteil/steil auf den Penegal KM 18,5 MH 1.722. Herrlicher Ausblick!!
- Talwärts auf Trail S1-S2, kurze Schiebepassagen bis KM 21,3 MH 1.509.
- Weiter im Auf und Ab auf Steig/Waldweg bis KM 23 MH 1.549.
- Beginn Aufstieg auf Karrenweg/Steig bis zum Macaion KM 26,3 MH 1.861. Fast ausschliesslich schieben ist angesagt. Der herrliche Rundblick entlohnt für die Müh!!!
- Vom Macaion auf Trail (S2) abwärts. Kurze Schiebepassagen.
- Von KM 28,5 MH 1.582 bis KM 29,8 MH 1.679 schieben.
- Weiter durch die Almwiesen bis zum Tretsee KM 31,4 MH 1.600.
- Vom Tretsee auf Schotter hinunter nach Tret. Nach dem Dorf Tret auf Schotter-Waldweg zurück nach Fondo zum Ausgangspunkt KM 42,1 MH 966.
PS. Vom Penegal kommend ist der Aufstieg zum Macaion eine einzige SCHIEBEREI. Ich empfehle den Aufstieg auf Schotter vom Lago Smeraldo/Fondo aus.
