- Start/Ziel: Mals BHF
- Auf dem Vinschgau-Radweg über Laatsch, Schleis, Burgeis, am Haider See(KM 9,8-MH 1.440) vorbei, zum Reschensee-Staudamm(KM 14,5-MH 1.500).
- Weiter auf dem Vinschgauer Höhenweg, durch ausgedehnte Lärchenwälder zum Weiler Monteplair.
- Von KM 22,4 bis 22,7 ist schieben angesagt.
- Wieter bis Plawenn (KM 23,2-MH 1.730).
- Abfahrt auf Asfalt bis zur Hofschank "Punihof" (KM 26,9-MH 1.360). Alle Produkte aus eigener Herstellung. Das Verkosten des Marend-Brettl mit Speck, Käse und verschiedenen Wurstsorten lohnt sich, obwohl es anschliessend noch bergauf geht.
- Nach dem Punihof auf Schotter (mittelsteil/steil) nach Malettes (KM 31,0- MH 1.593).
- Von den Malettes-Böden auf alter Militärstrasse, Schotterweg, bzw. Asfalt talwärts nach Mals, zurück zum Ausgangspunkt(KM 38,4-MH 1.008)
