Der Start erfolgt in Mittemwald.
Über das Ried gelangt man nach Scharnitz.
Der Radweg links von der Bahn verläuft im Schatten bis Seefeld.
Von dort aus entschieden wir uns für die Schloßbachschlucht aufgrund des imposanten Ausblicks, inclusive dem Tragen von ca. 200 hm. Alternativ gibt es westlich eine Abfahrt.
Gemütlich rollen wir von Zirl bis nach Innsbruck, nehmen dort den Schienenersatzverkehr bis Steinach am Brenner.
Bei leichten Gewitter radeln wir zur Sattelbergalm unserem ersten Quartier. Die warme Dusche und das gute Essen lässt alle Strapazen schnell vergessen
