Man startet von Schöfferhof (In der Nähe des Altenberger Dom, Odenthal) und läuft durch den Wald und entlang einem Bach. In einem Wochentag triifft man niemand in dieser Gegend. Nachher überquert man einen kleinen Berg durch den Wald und gekommt auf die Dhünn runter.
Ein herrlicher Traillauf im Bergischen.

A3 Leverkusen Mitte, dann auf Willy Brand Ring Richtung Schlebusch und Schildgen, bis an auf Altenberger-Dom-Straße stößt. Man wiegt nach linkg, bleibt auf Alterberger-Dom-Straße und fährt ca. 1 km am Altenberger Dom vorbei zum Parkplatz Schöllerhof.
