Ab Echternach über sehr ruhige Landstraßen zunächst meist leicht Bergauf südwärts. Hier und da durchfährt man eine kleine Ortschaft . Bevor man Wasserbillig erreicht durchfährt man ein sehr idyllisches Bachtal. In Wasserbillig ein kurzes Stück an der Haupstraße entlang bis zur Mündung der Sauer in die Mosel. Ab dann einfach den Radweg an der Sauer entlang zurück.
