Die Tour startet in Pregarten beim Sport-Freizeit-Lehner neben dem Freibad. Die Strecke führt über einen tollen Downhill zur Ruine Reichenstein. Danach geht es Fluß aufwärts neben der Waldaist Richtung Gutau. Die Wanderwege Rund um Gutau sind sehr anspruchsvoll (up- und down).
