Gemütlicher Radweg (Schotter) von Meran ins Passeiertal bis St. Leonhard. Dort biegen wir rechts ab auf die Hauptstraße, überqueren diese und dann geht es beim Hotel Strobl steil aufwärts immer auf Asphalt und fast ohne Verkehr bis nach Walten und weiter zum Wanserhof (früher bewirtschaftet). Von dort aus folgen wir der Forststraße bis zur Wanser Alm. Diese ist bewirtschaftet und es gibt gute Südtiroler Küche. Wir fahren dann die gleiche Straße zurück. Eine nicht zu empfehlende Variante geht vom Wanserhof hinauf auf die Jaufenstraße und dann über diese viel befahrene Straße zurück nach St. Leonhard.
