Start in Herisau über Nieschberg, Schwellbrunn; schöne Trial-Passage bis Arnig; Abfahrt ins Tüfenbachtal nach Schönengrund, Auffahrt fast bis zum Tüfenberg, kurz vor dem Sattel rechts Richtung Hochhamm (Beiz ;-)). Zunächst ist es eine Forststrasse, später ein schöner, aber teils anspruchsvoller, Singletrail über den Bergrücken Richtung Bächli. Retour durch das Tüfenbachtal Richtung Herisau
