Vom Stadtam in Altheim zurück ins Stadtzentrum, vorbei an der Rennbahn und weiter nach Gallenberg und Moosham. Nach Weirading ein kurzer Anstieg am Waldrand hinauf zum Römerbad Villa Weirading. Zurück zum Ausgangspunkt in Altheim.
Im Anschluss noch die Pirath-Runde: Vorbei an der Pfarrkirche St. Laurenz und über Wiesen nach einer Bachüberquerung rechts ab Richtung Pirath und zwischen Wiesen und Feldern zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.
