von Lana, Gampenstraße nach 200 m von der Hauptstraße rechts weg die steile Auffahrt nehmen. Man gelangt über Nebenwege (Asphalt) nach Völlen, dort Forststraße zum Völlaner Badl weiter gelangt man wieder auf die Gampenstraße und nach 200 m etwa rechts abbiegen zur Gfrillner Alm. Forstweg teilweise etwas ruppig. Die Alm ist bewirtschaftet. Retour auf derselben Strecke zur Gampenstraße und dann die Landesstraße zurück nach Lana.
