Start in Duisburg Bissingheim auf dem Marktplatz dortsind viele PKW Parkmöglichkeiten. Von dort aus durch den Wald nach Mülheim an der Ruhr Ein Stück Ruhrschnellweg RS1 siehe Wegpunkte , der Einstieg erfolgte über einen Fahrstuhl von der Gastronomie Strasse ein Stockwerg Höher zum Ruhrschnellweg . Dort angekommen diesen ein Stück folgend um dann bis zum Flughafen Essen Kettwig ( mit Gastronomie zum Kaffeesieren ) einzukeheren. Dann wieder zurück zum Marktplatz
Teilweise schon knackige Steigungen , gute Ausdauer ist wünschenswert !
