Vom Ostbahnof in Mayen geht es zuerst zu den Kottenheimer Büden und den "Sieben Stuben", durch Wald und Wiesen zur Ettringer Ley, der Rückweg nach Mayen geht an der Nette entlang, zum Schluss noch ein Besuch auf der Genovevaburg und dem Mayener Marktplatz
