Die 3Ländertour startet in Rennerod von hier geht es Richtung Fuchskaute weiter nach Burbach. Jetzt geht es über zum teil steile Rampen nach , Wilnsdorf bis Haiger. Dann wieder hoch über Langenaubach,Waldaubach, Hohenroth auf den Westerwald. Zum Schluss über die Krombachtalsperre nach Oberrod zum Ziel nach Westernohe.
