Von Westernohe über Irmtraut nach Langendernbach weiter über Asphalt nach Frickhofen.Dann nach Thalheim. Hier beginnt eine längere Bergaufpassage nach Molsberg. Jetzt gehts über Wallmerod vorbei an der Tongrube nach Beroth, Zehnhausen bis Kleinholbach. Von dort zur Studentenmühle. Hier gehts weiter ins Eisbach- und Gelbachtal. Jetzt fahren wir bis Isselbach, dann kommt eine leichte Steigung Richtung Eppenrod. Hier fahren wir weiter über Nentershausen nach Nomborn bis zum Aussichtspunkt Bornkasten.Jetzt gehts über einen Trail zur Studentenmühle.Von dort weiter über Kleinholbach,Girod nach Beroth. Hier fahren wir über den Radweg bis Westerburg und weiter zum Wiesensee. Die Tour geht dann über Seck, Waldmühlen zurück nach Westernohe.
