Wanderung vom Parkplatz unterhalb der Tropfsteinhöhle Schulerloch über den Markt Essing zur Burgruine Randeck ins NaturFreundeHaus Hammertal. Ein Abstecher zur Tropfsteinhöhle Schulerloch lohnt sich. Es besteht dort die Möglichkeit zur geführten Besichtigung. Von dem Burgfried der Burgruine Randeck hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick über das Altmühltal und Richtng Ingolstadt.
