Sehr abwechslungsreiche Landschaft um das Hirschbachtal. Sie gehört in das Gebiet des Weißjuras. Es herrschen größtenteils ungeschichtete, dolomitisierte und verkieselte Schwemm- und Riffkalke vor. Die Region ist bei einheimischen Kletterern bekannt.
