Die Tour startet am Parkplatz vor S-Charl (bei Scuol) und verläuft bis zur Alp Astras auf fein geschotterten Feldwegen.
Gleich nach dem Ort beginnt eine landschaftlich wunderschöne Strecke bis zur Alp Astras.
Ab der Alp Astras befährt man einen Single Trail bis zum Pass da Costainas und bei Bedarf auch weiter Richtung Italien.
Wer keine große Rundtour über Italien fahren will, muss am Pass quasi umdrehen, nachdem man die Ruhe und Steinadler genossen hat und den gleichen Weg wieder zurückfahren.

Startplatz ist der Parkplatz vor S-charl, welches man per Bus und Auto über Scuol leicht erreichen kann. Wer keine Rund-Tour (nicht getrackt) fahren will, kommt zwangsläufig am Parkplatz wieder heraus.
