Der Spaziergang beginnt auf dem Parkplatz des Wipperkottens. Dieser Schleifkotten kann zu festgesetzten Zeiten (siehe beigefügtes Foto) besichtigt werden.
Zur Hälfte des Weges kommt man an einer Weide vorbei, auf der u. a. Lamas gehalten werden.
