Empfehlenswerte Richtung: links herum im Uhrzeigersinn zunächst durch den Stadtpark. Autobahngeräusche als Sturmwind interpretieren. Künstliche Verlängerung durch Zick-Zack-Wege lassen sich abkürzen. In Bahnhofsnähe Gaststätten, Imbiss und Hallenfreibad. Akzeptabele Entferung zur Autowaschanlage, um das MTB zu säubern.
