Von Bliesransbach aus geht es hinunter an der Blies entlang nach Sarreguemines. Dort ein Stück durch die Stadt an die Saar. Der Saar entlang fahren wir bis nach Güdingen. Wir verlassen den Leinpfad durchqueren Güdingen und fahren nach Fechingen. Am Schwimmbad vorbei geht es auf einem Feldweg Richtung Eschringen. In Eschringen folgen wir dem Hinweisschild nach Saargemünd. Achtung steiler Anstieg. Nach dem Waldstück auf der Höhe angekommen fahren wir geradeaus am Hartungshof vorbei hinunter zum Startpunkt.
