Los geht es vom Parkplatz am Ruderleistungszentrum-Baldeneysee Freiherr-vom-Stein-Strasse. Die gesamte Strecke ist ein auf und ab. Schöne Singletrails, teilweise Strasse. Achtung es ist rechts vor links in einer Abfahrt durch eine Tempo 30 Zone. Zum Schluss wird noch eine Gemüdliche Runde um den See gedreht.
