Gemütliche Rundtour vom Günen See (Melle), bei Büscherheide über das Wiehengebirge nach Bad Essen-Lintorf. Es geht an der Nordseite des Wiehengebirges bis nach Barkhausen, vorbei an den Saurierspuren und dann über das Wiehengebirge zurück Richtung Markendorf. Meist sind es Waldwege, von denen bei Nässe kleine Abschnitte schlecht befahrbar sind.
