Bei dieser Wanderung werden drei Bachtäler durchwandert. Es beginnt in Seelscheid und zuerst folgt der Weg den Wenigerbach, dann über die Höhen von Heister zum Wahnbachtal. Abschließend geht es durch das Wendebachtal und Oberschwemmscheid nach Seelscheid zurück.
