Dies ist eine ca. 70 km lange Ringroute durch alle Außenbezirke Frankfurts, die auch in Teilabschnitten gefahren werden kann. Sie führt über Wege und fast ausnahmslos über verkehrsarme Straßen. Für den Bereich Frankfurt-Bergen (im Nordosten Frankfurts) muss etwas Kondition mitgebracht werden, da dieser Teil bis zu 100 m höher als der Main liegt. Im Gegensatz zum Grüngürtel-Rundweg führt diese Strecke mehr durch bewohnte Gebiete als durch Wald und Wiesen.
