Die Tour beginnt in Münster und führt über eine wenig befahrene Straße Ri. Walkertshofen bergauf zum Höhenweg (zwischen Neufnach- und Schmuttertal). Über Wald- und Feldwege geht es hinab nach Langenneunach. Zur Schmuttertalhalle in Fischach geht es haupsächlich auf Radwegen. Von nun an geht's immer leicht bergauf - zuerst am Waldrand - ab Siegertshofen entlang der Straße, das Schmuttertal hinauf nach Münster.
