Zuerst gehts den Murradweg entlang Richtung Süden, dann bei der Puntigamer Brücke nach Westen nach Straßgang. Dort über Straße & recht steilen Weg zur Florianikirche. Kurze Abfahrt, dann auf und ab nach Norden, Umrundung des Bockkogels (schöne Aussicht), weiter nach Norden bis Johann & Paul.
Dann ein kurzes Stück Hauptstraße bis zur Auffahrt zum Plabutsch (hauptsächlich Straße, nur zwei optionale Abscheinder über Waldwege). Abwechslungsreiche Abfahrt Richtung Gösting, dann über den Hauptbahnhof zurück ins Zentrum.
