Ab Bamberg durch den Itzgrund immer auf schönen Radwegen und Nebenstraßen bis Coburg.In Coburg zum Schloßplatz und hoch zur Veste Coburg .Den Rückweg wieder über wenig befahrenen Straßen nach Lichtenfels/Vierzehnheiligen zur Brotzeit in der Klosterbrauerei Trunk .Zurück über Bad Staffelstein ,Zapfendorf,Rattelsdorf und Breitengüßbach .Ab Hallstadt durch die Schrebergärten und die Bamberger Altstadt wieder nach Bamberg-Bug zum Parkplatz .
