Start in Marktschellenberg und dort gleich zum Nesseltalgraben hinauf. Nach der ersten Steigung (bis zu 20 %), kommt eine kurze flache Erholungspause, bevor man dann die lange Steigung der Rossfeld-Höhenstraße angeht und die Beine leergesaugt werden ;-). Danach eine schöne Abfahrt bis zum Königsee hinunter, auf dem man sich bei einer Bootsfahrt wieder regenerieren kann. Das letzte Stück bis Ramsau ist dann nur noch eine leichte Verbindungsetappe.
