Es ist eine Fahrradtour rund um Gronau. Die Tour beginnt am Parkplatz "Dreiländersee" und führt in einem Rundkurs wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Es ist auch eine Ausgewiesene Fahrradroute die mit dem Kennzeichen "R" gekennzeichnet ist. Es wird ausschließlich durch Feld, Wald und verkehrsarmen Straßen gefahren. Ab und zu muss eine Bundesstraße überquert werden. Auf der Strecke liegen einige Gasthöfe in denen man einkehen kann.
