von Bichlbach neben der Bundesstraße auf Radweg nach Leermoos, über Bieberwier,Blindsee, Fernpass nach Nassereith. Dann beginnt ein steiler aber landschaftlich sehr schöner Anstieg ins Tegestal zur Tarrentonalpe(Einkehr). (wegen Schnee im Tegestal jedoch nicht vor Juni)) Wehrmutstropfen ist die anschließend 3,5 Km lange Schiebe/Tragestrecke nur kurze Strecken fahrbar durch das Rotlechtal immer leicht bergab, bis man wieder auf die Forststraße und Bundesstraße hinaus nach Rinnen kommt. Ab Berwang geht`s nur noch bergab zum Ausgangpunkt.

Sehr anspruchsvolle Tour! Die lange Schiebe/Tragestrecke sollte nicht unterschätzt werden. Aber die Anstrengung lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!
