Wunderschöne Feierabendrunde durch's Harzvorland. Die Tour beginnt und endet in Hildesheim-Itzum, wir sind sie im Gegenuhrzeigersinn gefahren. Die Richtung wird in Holle entschieden, es wird nach rechts in Richtung Sottrum abgebogen. Bis Seesen geht es moderat wellig, der letzte Kilometer zum Sternplatz hat 15% Steigung. Um der Monotonie der Bundesstraße zu entkommen, beschließt die Gruppe, den Teerweg um die Talsperre zu fahren. Ab Langelsheim geht es leichtfüßig nach Hause. Die Höhenangaben sind um 660m zu hoch, das sehr schwache Tool "MapSource" von Garmin bietet hier leider keine Korrekturmöglichkeit.
