Tour führt von Schwabach über Penzendorf, vorbei an Schaftnach zum RMD-Kanal. Am Kanal gehts dann zur Schleuse Leerstetten. Die Rückfahrt geht über das bezaubernde Harm (dort gibt es mehr Pferde als Einwohner) durch einen Waldtrail zurück zum Kanal bis Neukatzwang. Die letzen Kilometer erstrecken sich dann über Wolkersdorf wieder nach Schwabach.
