von Wilhelmsdorf auf dem Radweg nach Zußdorf und von dort rechts hinauf auf dem Wanderweg hinauf zum Höchsten. Vor dem Gasthaus Höchsten links hinab auf Forstweg nach Unterhomberg und dann durch Wiesen, Felder und Wald nach Limpach. Am Gasthaus Mohren links den Wirtschaftweg hinab nach Benistobel. Weiter auf Asphalt bis kurz vor Urnau, dann rechts und links weiter auf dem Wanderweg nach Urnau und hinauf auf dem Forstweg zum Gehrenberg (Schutzhütte). Nach der Schutzhütte links auf einem Singletrail der bald in einen forstweg mündet hinab nach Hepach und durchs Hepacher Ried. Wir treffen dann auf eine T-Kreuzung , hier rechts und ca. 500m weiter links auf dem Oberteuringer Talbahnweg nach Berg. von Berg nach Buchholz und dann quer durch Wald und Wiese nach Schnetzenhausen und weiternach FN-Manzell (zu hause).
